2021 Sulzfeld Cyriakusberg Scheurebe trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Firm, tart bouquet with bright, rather citrusy yellow fruit aromas, fine planty to herbal aromas, very delicate woody hints and a hint of dark berries in the background. Ripe, lightly juicy, somewhat melting fruit, delicate nutty and smoky hints, very fine acidity and some grip, good persistence, chalky-salty mineral tones, good persistence, certain power, minty nuances in the background, also a hint of dark berries, very good finish with vegetal and mushroomy nuances.
