2018 Weißburgunder trocken "Damaszenerstahl Weissabgleich", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Slightly warm, nutty and a little bit vegetal scent with fine yellow-fruity and delicately fungal aromas as well as cooling herbal nuances and certain minerality. Ripe, juicy, rather light fruit, very fine acidity and very slightly sandy tannin, nutty and delicately woody aromas, clearly vegetable tones, a hint of carbonic acid, has mellifluousness but also bite, good persistence, noticeable alcohol warmth, only again also cooling elements, salty in the background, also slightly chalky, a hint of mushrooms, good to very good finish
