Astringent, nutty, yeasty and almost slightly smoky fragrance with yellow fruity, slightly peppery and spicy and also mineral notes. Somewhat melted, ripe, juicy fruit with nutty and smoky wood notes, moderate acidity, some grip, good substance and persistence, sweet candy tones in the background, has grip and bite, very good finish with light minerality and lemony tones
