Firm nose, herbaceous and light floral notes, fairly prominent mineral notes, light yellow fruit, vegetal notes, hint of dark berries. Ripe, juicy, slightly creamy fruit on the palate, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, yeasty and herbaceous aromas, lively, very elegant acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, persistent, , polished, some depth, clear contours, very good, clear, elegant, juicy finish.

Editor note: Slightly muted nose, nutty and earthy notes, restrained yellow fruitt, hint of tobacco, fairly prominent bacon. Tart, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, fairly lively, elegant acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, vegetal notes and nutty traces, hint of tobacco, yeasty traces, ripe tannins provide light grip, fairly persistent, prominent Williams Christ pears on a good to very good, slightly creamy finish.
