Somewhat floral pome fruit nose with nutty and vegetal nuances as well as a trace of egg white. Slender, bright, rather cool fruit, floral and vegetal tones, again a little protein on the palate, a hint of dark berries, nutty traces, very slightly buttery, good finish with salty hints.
