Light floral, vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, pomaceous fruit and a whiff of citrus. Clear, tart fruit on the palate, fresh vegetal notes, still slightly yeasty, light grip, elegant acidity, nutty traces, fairly persistent, delicately creamy, peppery traces, salty mineral notes in the background, some grip, good to very good finish.
