2009 Weinviertel DAC Grüner Veltliner trocken Reserve "Muschelberg", Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Apples and delicate nutty notes on the nose, vegetal, earthy and spicy peppery notes, light smoky notes. Fairly mature on the palate, apples, yellow plums and quinces, vegetal notes and a touch of tobacco, integrated acidity, polished and fairly persistent, attractive to good finish. Will probably develop a little more quickly than initially forecast.
