2016 Chardonnay trocken "Saxess IX", Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Light vegetal and floral notes on the nose, light yellow fruit, herbaceous traces. Fairly tart fruit on the palate, prominent citrus notes, prominent vegetal and light floral notes, integrated acidity, slightly muted by tannins, earthy traces in the background, hint of mushrooms, noticeable warm alcohol, not particularly deep, hint of bacon in the background, good, warm, alcoholic, slightly astringent finish.
