Vegetable to herbaceous, delicately nutty, slightly yeasty and hinted woody fragrance with slightly warm yellow fruity aromas, a hint of butter, floral traces and minerality. Rather firm, tart fruit, planty, spicy and smoky notes, lively, fine acidity and touch, persistent, a touch of bacon, clearly mineral, nutty tones, a hint of pepper, has freshness, very good finish with a hint of draught
