Description to Saint-Aubin AOC

The vineyards cover 150 hectares of vines between the two communes of Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet (see under Montrachet). One quarter of the wines are red Pinot Noir with Pinot Gris and Pinot Liébault, and three quarters are white wines, mostly Chardonnay with permitted Pinot Blanc.
