fairly cool, tart nose, light yeasty and vegetal notes, restrained yellow fruit, mineral and peppery traces. Light-bodied, bone dry, restrained fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty notes, light vegetal, earthy and mineral notes, fairly elegant acidity, noticeable tannins, slightly muted, fairly persistent, tart, slightly astringent finish.
