Somewhat vegetal and yeasty, also nutty aroma with restrained notes of crisp apples and some rubber. Slightly sweet fruit, clearly yeasty and again nutty tones, medium-fine perlage, light tannin, vegetal tones, some persistence, a touch muted, quite good finish
