The winery is located in the municipality of Gamlitz in the Austrian wine-growing region of Southern Styria. Wilfried Schilhan started his career in viticulture in 1997 after his school-leaving examination at the Klosterneuburg Viticulture Institute and one year with the Styrian Wine Marketing Department. From the company building, a 360-degree panoramic view of the vineyards is possible from the "Private Lounge", as well as in the tasting and Buschen bar rooms and the wine cellar. For various events from birthday parties to wine tastings and weddings at the winery, the event centre "Crocodile Rock" and a "Buschenschank" are available.
The vineyards comprise 15 hectares of vineyards in the Hochglanzberg, Jägerberg and Kranachberg areas with up to 40% slope inclination. They are planted with the white wine varieties , Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Roter Traminer,Pinot Blanc, PinotGris, Morillon or Chardonnay, Sämling 88(Scheurebe) and Gelber Muskateller, as well as the red wine varieties Zweigelt, Blauer Wildbacher and Cabernet Sauvignon. The winegrowing is carried out according to the guidelines of the KIP (Controlled Integrated Production) with, for example, minimal use of pesticides. The company motto is "wine like music".
