Quite deep, somewhat yeasty aroma with calm citrus and delicately vegetal aromas, medicinal herbs, a little ginger and mushrooms. Firmly woven, tart fruit, quite lively acidity and present, fine sandy tannin, persistent on the palate, a little smoky, root vegetables, wild berries and a lot of salt in the background, some depth, still young, very good, tight, tart finish with mushroomy nuances.

Best to drink: 2023-2027+. What our ratings mean
