Cloudy pale yellow. Quite clearly vegetal, also yeasty aroma with restrained, bright yellow fruity aromas and floral nuances. Bright, somewhat melting fruit, vegetal tones reminiscent of celery, some grip, very fine acidity, yeasty notes, very slightly nutty, a trace of protein, medicinal hints, becomes clearer and juicier with air, very good, slightly muted, tangy finish with citrus nuances and verbena.

Editor note: Cloudy straw yellow. Quite cool, fresh-vegetable and slightly yeasty nose with citrus and pome fruit aromas, floral traces and some dill. Quite juicy, again quite fresh fruit, vegetal to herbal aromas, yeast and light nutty hints, lively acidity and a touch of carbonic acid, quite present, friable tannin, persistent on the palate, some depth, certain minerality, very good, fresh-juicy, vegetal and nssig-yeasty finish
