Somewhat dried-vegetable to herbal and a hint of yeasty scent with tart yellow fruity and slightly floral notes. Ripe, juicy fruit, fine acidity and grip of noticeable tannin, herbal aromas reminiscent of lemon verbena on the palate, persistent, good substance, very slightly muted, quite distinct minerality, very good, quite firm finish
