Slightly bacony and yeasty, clearly vegetal scent with restrained yellow and green fruity notes as well as chalky hints. Tart, juicy fruit, clearly vegetal and again also yeasty tones, chalky mineral tones and again hints of bacon on the palate, very fine acidity, very slightly muted and a little tannic, good persistence, good to very good, tart finish
