2021 Ungstein Herrenberg Riesling, Pfalz, Germany

Nutty and slightly woody aroma with a little warm yellow fruity aromas, implied yellow spice, some protein, vegetal notes and smoke. Still some muted yellow fruit with yeasty, smoky and woody notes, fine acidity and present, slightly sandy tannin, protein, mushrooms and vegetal notes on the palate, again also yellow spice, salt in the background, floral tones and a hint of dark berries, some depth, good substance, very good finish.
