Clearly plant-like, reminiscent of root vegetables but also of celery, with restrained, bright yellow fruit notes and floral traces. Bright fruit and partly ethereal plant notes also in the mouth, fine acidity, good sustainability, chalky-salty hints in the background, relatively cool style, good to very good, bitter finish.
