Somewhat animal, dried plant and spicy nose of black berries and a little liquorice with ethereal notes and smoky wood aromas. Rather firm, tart black fruit, lively acidity, herbaceous and smoky notes, again a little ethereal, toasty notes, in the background dark chocolate and coffee, hinted salt and chalk, very good, firm, tart finish
