2021 Escherndorf Fürstenberg Silvaner, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Nutty, slightly yeasty and a touch floral, also herbal scent with pome fruit notes and a hint of nutmeg. Dry, fine-juicy fruit, again nutty, yeasty and also nutmeggy tones, herbaceous-vegetable nuances, a hint of pepper, fine acidity and light grip, delicate carbonic acid, some persistence, good to very good, slightly bacony finish.
