2016 Wiesenbronn Wachhügel Silvaner, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Tart nose, prominent vegetal and light earthy notes, very restrained yellow fruit. Restrained tart fruit again on the palate, prominent vegetal aromas, elegant acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, slightly persistent, lively and fresh on a good finish.
