Fresh vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, fairly polished tart yellow fruit, hint of elderflower and mineral traces. Clear, creamy fruit on the palate, elegant acidity, tart vegetal aromas, very slightly muted, delicate bitter touch, some persistence and medium body, earthy notes, nutty traces on a good finish.
