Prominent vegetal notes on the nose, earthy notes, hint of bacon, restrained, slightly muted yellow fruit, light floral notes. Ripe, sweetish, partly candied fruit on the palate, again very slightly muted, yeasty, earthy and light floral notes, some sugar candy, full-bodied and very creamy, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, moderate acidity, light tannic touch, peppery spice in the background, very good, fairly juicy finish.
