Nutty, smoky and woody aroma of friable stone fruit and a little honeydew melon, a hint of tobacco and mineral hints. Ripe, somewhat warm, friable fruit, nutty aromas and slightly smoky wood spice, buttery-caramel tones on the palate, very fine acidity, some grip, has power and melting, a trace of egg yolk in the background, herbal notes, earthy-mineral hints, also bacon, very good, again smoky, melting and wood-spicy finish
