Slightly cloudy straw yellow. Quite firm, somewhat developed, clearly yeasty and nutty, also slightly yellow-spicy scent of pome fruit and a little citrus with floral nuances. firmly woven, tangy, nutty fruit, buttery and slightly mushroomy notes, fine mousseux, good persistence, some grip, again a little yellow spice in the background, has substance and power, implied depth, tobacco nuances, very slightly ethereal, very good, juicy, spicy and grippy finish.
