2014 Brut "resolut" Magnum, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Yeasty nose, tart vegetal and herbaceous notes, fairly cool yellow fruit aromas, hint of bacon and mushrooms. Ripe, clear, slightly off-dryfruit on the palate, nutty, vegetal and herbaceous aromas, smoky traces, yeasty notes, fairly fine mousse, good substance and persistence, touch of nut butter, hint of bacon, light tannic grip on a good to very good finish.
