2019 Blauer Spätburgunder "Mittenmang" Rosé, Baden, Germany

Somewhat dried-floral and a touch nutty scent of red berries with very light cedary-woody and fleshy nuances. Quite juicy fruit, some nutty, dried-floral and flloral tones, fine acidity and some tannic grip, delicate carbonic acidity, yeasty traces, good persistence, a hint of bacon, good to very good finish with mineral hints
