2018 Grauburgunder "Famose Schose", Baden, Germany

Noticeably vegetal, delicately mushroomy and nutty scent with restrained yellow fruity aromas. Clear, firm, relatively juicy fruit, nutty, somewhat vegetal and delicately floral tones, a hint of yeast, very fine acidity, some grip, but also melting, good substance and persistence, dried vegetal to tobacco traces, a hint of mushrooms, has power, good to very good finish
