Tart nose, light vegetal, earthy and mineral notes, still slightly yeasty, light yellow fruit, hint of bacon, fairly prominent mineral notes. Tart, fairly cool fruit on the palate, yeasty and vegetal notes, hint of bacon, elegant acidity, slightly astringent tannins, some substance and persistence, chalky and salty mineral notes, firm structure, still quite young, good to very good, tart, still slightly astringent finish.

Editor note: Light vegetal, herbaceous and yeasty notes on the nose, pomaceous fruit, peppery traces, kohlrabi and mineral notes. Clear, polished, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, fairly fresh vegetal aromas, elegant, lively acidity, light mineral notes in the background, cool style, good persistence, some bite, floral traces on a very good, fairly firm finish.
