2016 Escherndorf Lump Silvaner trocken VDP-Erste Lage, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Prominent herbaceous notes on the nose, light nutty and yeasty notes, fairly prominent mineral notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, touch of root vegetables, light floral traces. Bone dry, restrained fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal and earthy notes, lively acidity, light tannic grip, fairly persistent, tart chalky mineral notes, good, very tart finish.
