2015 trocken Elementar, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Nose still slightly muted andeasty, delicate vegetal traces, citrus and pomaceous fruit, floral traces, light nutty and earthy traces. Restrained fruit on the palate, lively acidity, herbaceous aromas, some sugar candy, light nutty and yeasty notes, fairly persistent, creamy, hint of anise in the background, candied lemons, still largely undeveloped, salty mineral notes, some grip, good to very good finish. Needs some time to mature.
