Translate to English Herber, noch eher verschlossen wirkender, vegetabiler, leicht an Suppenkräuter erinnernder und angedeutet speckiger Duft mit verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen und recht deutlich mineralischen Noten. Recht fest gewirkte, relativ saftige Frucht mit lebendiger, feiner Säure und etwas Gerbstoff, kräuterig-pflanzliche und mineralische Noten am Gaumen, nachhaltig, viel Biss und Leben, recht kräftig, herber Stil, hat Griff, sehr guter Abgang. Muss reifen.
