2020 Wachenheim Fuchsmantel Riesling trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Herbaceous-vegetable, a touch minty and delicately floral nose with rather cool yellow-fruity aromas, hints of egg white, white pepper and mineral nuances. Clear, quite polished, fine-juicy, a touch sweetish fruit with red berry notes, very fine, lively acidity, delicate grip, a hint of candy in the background, again also white pepper, good persistence, quite distinct minerality, very good, relatively cool finish.
