Firm and quite deep, yet calm, nutty aroma with very fine, relatively restrained yellow fruity and vegetable notes reminiscent of asparagus, a hint of smoke, suggested bacon, and light woody tones. Once again, a firm, restrained, quite noble fruit with bright nutty and slightly smoky wood notes, plant tones, and minerality, fine, lively acidity, grip on the palate, good substance and sustainability, lemony and white berry nuances, very good finish with fine juice and young vegetables.
