A rather firm, slightly nutty and subtly smoky aroma with bitter yellow fruit and vegetable aromas reminiscent of legumes. Bitter-juicy core fruit-citrus with bright, slightly nutty wood aromas, a hint of fresh butter and fine-vegetable nuances, lively acidity, moderate grip, good sustainability, citrus peels in the background, salty and chalky tones, very good finish.
