Nutty and delicately smoky, also a bit meaty aroma of red and blue berries with cherry notes, restrained barrel tones, and floral to tobacco notes. Herbaceous-juicy, quite firm, still rather undeveloped, rather cool fruit, crumbly-sandy tannins and a bit of bite, persistent on the palate, delicately herbal and tobacco-like, also a bit of tobacco ash, some depth, salt, and chalky tones, very good, firm, bitter finish.
