Firmly structured, herb-juicy, cool, slightly smoky to bacon-like and bitter chocolate fruit with toasty notes, present, crumbly-sandy tannin, certain acidity bite, persistent, good depth, has power, but remains cool, fine ashy hints, a bit of ethereal quality, chalky-salty minerality, very good, firm, bitter finish with allspice notes and cardamom. Needs to mature.
