Firm, deeper and denser, cooler and brighter, rather bitter, nobler citrus scent with nutty and herbal aromas, a hint of dried herbs, suggested smoke and minerality. Taut, ripe, bitter-juicy fruit, again nutty and smoky barrel notes, also a bit of vanilla, parsley root and tobacco, sustainable and dense on the palate, has power with moderate alcohol, ripe, fine acidity, noticeable grip, sustainable, good depth, still young, a touch of butter caramel in the background, distinct minerality, very good, again firm and concentrated finish.
