2021 Pinot Noir Landwein "Jaspis Zipsin" Alte Reben, Oberrhein, Germany

Firm, slightly tobacco and earthy nose, more red than black berries and cherries, delicate herbaceous aromas, floral nuances, hint of leather and a hint of root vegetables. Ripe, still undeveloped, quite dense, tart, juicy and precise fruit, earthy, nutty, smoky-roasted and slightly coffee-spicy oak notes, crumbly-sandy, still slightly drying tannins, bitter chocolate and peppery tones, has substance and despite the low alcohol also power and a certain warmth, still undeveloped, good depth, a little beetroot, very good, nutty, slightly smoky-roasted and with air increasingly juicy finish with salt and ethereal spice. Has real class.
