Deeper and denser, somewhat floral, slightly fatty scent of black and blue berries with coffee-roasted notes, sour cherries, tar, pepper, herbs, meat, and soy. Bitter, firm, and cool, finely juicy, rather dark, fresh-appearing fruit, lively, fine acidity, and youthful, yet again fine tannins, smoky notes on the palate, a bit of tobacco and herbs, sustainable, hinted juniper, chalky-salty minerality, deep and complex on the palate, still young, a bit of tobacco and tobacco ash, very good to long, tight, bitter finish with grip.
