Taut, herbaceous-juicy, and cool in the mouth, rather slender character, but still with concentration and inner strength, fine plant to herbal aromas, lively, fine acidity, and polished tannins, chalky-salty in the background, peppery nuances, a hint of bacon, elegant, deep, and complex, again with enchanting nobility, long, herb-juicy, slightly smoky, and moderately wood-spicy finish with Mediterranean herbs, pepper, a bit of smoke, and plenty of minerality.
