Clear, cool and polished nose with fine, bright yellow fruity aromas, subtle yeasty tones, vegetal nuances and a hint of fresh butter. Polished, fine, tart, cool fruit, lively acidity and delicate grip, light nutty and yeasty tones, delicate herbal spice, persistent on the palate, chalk and some salt in the background, moderate grip, some depth, still very young but already immensely animating, very good finish with grip and bite.
