Smoky and nutty aroma with firm, tart yellow fruity aromas and herbal nuances as well as a hint of mushrooms. Nutty and lightly woody in the mouth, vegetal hints, a touch of butter, moderate grip and fine acidity, some melting, relatively warm character, salty and chalky notes in the background, dark ethereal hints, very good finish with power, bite and minerality.
