2020 Grauburgunder Landwein "Jaspis Würmlin", Oberrhein, Germany

Quite firm and deep, somewhat nutty, yellow-spicy and vegetal to dried-herbal aroma of yellow fruits with smoky hints and a trace of rhubarb. Clear, tart, firm fruit with planty and slightly yellow-spicy aromas, lively, yet fine acidity, has grip and good persistence, a certain depth, tobacco and lemon verbena in the background, hints of barrel wood, clear minerality, very good finish with grip.
