Cloudy orange-red. Cool, clearly herbal, somewhat reminiscent of radish with citrus aromas, mushrooms, herbal to herbaceous tones, yeast, some nuts, mustard pickles, citrus zest and rocket. Taut, cool, tart fruit, yeasty and clearly fresh-herbal aromas, celery, radish and quite clearly mustard, present acidity and noticeable phenolic grip, lasting, certain depth, still a little unapproachable, light nutty hints, hints of yellow spice, again also citrus zest, very good, tart, grippy, very cool finish, again with grip and present acidity.
