Quite firm, somewhat smoky, herbal and slightly nutty scent of yellow fruits with stony-mineral hints. Clear, firm and concentrated, tart, firm fruit with delicate melting, a hint of butter and mint, fine, lively acidity, light tannic grip, good persistence, red berries and fennel in the background, salty and chalky tones, very good finish. Picks up noticeably with air.
