Firm and quite deep, bitter, slightly sour cherry and berry scent with plant-like to herbal aromas reminiscent of parsley and a little coriander, a hint of garlic, suggested meat juice, pepper, and smoke. Firmly structured, rather cool, bitter, dense, juicy fruit, smoky, fatty, and slightly tarry spice, persistent and concentrated on the palate, while being rather cool, deep, and complex, herbs and root vegetables in the background, chalky-salty minerality, coriander and a hint of chili in the background, very good to long, bitter, again firm finish.
