Firm and deeper, somewhat smoky, slightly tobacco-like, earthy and leathery scent of ripe black berries, pepper, and beetroot with nutty barrel tones, yeast extract, some coffee grounds and cocoa, tomato essence, and a little olive tapenade. Bitter, dense, dark fruit, distinctly fatty, salty, and smoky notes, some bread crust, again coffee and cocoa, present, ripe, crumbly-sandy tannins, quite compact structure, juniper-peppery ether, has inner strength, substance, and depth, while also possessing a certain rusticity, a bit of rubber abrasion, bread spices, very good to long, firm, compact, slightly malty finish with a lot of bitter wood spice.
