Firm and deep, tart, smoky, slightly toasty and yellow-spicy, still reductive aroma with yellow-fruity and nutty aromas, a little light tobacco, artichokes, buttery hints and chalky-mineral tones. Cool, yet dense and again rather tightly knit, bright, tart, fine-juicy fruit, planty, smoky, yeasty and nutty aromas, lively, fine acidity, grip of crumbly tannin, floral traces in the background, chalky-salty minerality, almondy tones, a little porcini mushrooms, good depth, has tension, very good to long, cool, fine-juicy and spicy, again also slightly smoky finish with draught.
